Situational Judgment presents a ridiculous incident through a serious corporate form. The player chooses a response. The best answer protects people and policy first; an acceptable answer may create avoidable risk; a bad answer produces a memorable consequence.
The scoring is deterministic and affects the same hidden hope, self-respect, desperation and corporate-BS metrics as every other round. The panel's feedback explains what the company valued, which is not always what a reasonable person would value.
The mechanic is fictional and part of the free core game. The penguin scenario cites a reported interview anecdote; the office-policy framing is an adaptation.
What it tests
- Prioritizing safety and policy over engagement optics
- Reading a consequence chain in an absurd scenario
- Recognizing when the corporate rubric is not the ethical rubric
Where to play it
