Culture Inference

Infer a company’s real values from contradictory leaked fragments, then choose statements the panel will accept.

Last reviewed 2026-10-26

Culture Inference gives the player a set of leaked clues and asks them to select a small number of statements that fit the company’s actual culture. The stated values and the clues disagree. Honest, boundary-setting answers are penalized; the winning combination reproduces the organization’s preferred self-description.

The puzzle is an inference problem, not a personality test. The clues contain enough information to identify the required tags, and the panel’s response explains which value was violated. The satire is that “culture fit” is often a test of whether the candidate will reproduce the existing culture.

This mechanic is part of the free core game. No real employer, employee, or culture survey is involved.
