This is a library science role with a growth target.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a taxonomy of human intentions, including the ones that should remain private.
- Write helpful refusal messages that sound like encouragement.
- Review model outputs for warmth, accuracy, and monetizable adjacency.
- Rename the library every quarter to demonstrate innovation.
What we need
Requirements
- 5+ years of library science, prompt design, or content strategy with a searchable footprint.
- Fluency in the difference between helpful and compliant.
- Experience maintaining a system whose users cannot see the shelves.
- Comfort with a wellness app that reports your breathing to your manager.
What you get
- Free meals calibrated to your calendar.
- Unlimited PTO, subject to helpful coverage.
- One (1) ergonomic standing desk and a mandatory aura check-in.
- A yearly offsite where the company discusses trust.
Red flags
- The library has no windows and no index.
- The previous librarian left to become a prompt.
- Your first assignment is to organize the prompts about organizing prompts.
