Director of Approval Loops
Own the system that owns the process that owns the approval for the process.

Macrohard is seeking a Director of Approval Loops to scale our governance platform across every business unit that has not yet approved the previous governance platform. You will design approval workflows, approval metadata, and approval observability for teams that have forgotten what they were trying to approve.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Create approval flows with no visible beginning or end.
- Negotiate ownership of the approval queue with four other owners.
- Reduce approval latency by adding a steering committee.
- Represent the approval platform at the approval review.
What we need
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise process, governance, or meeting preservation.
- Deep experience with stakeholders who are also approvals.
- Able to distinguish a blocker from a stakeholder and a stakeholder from a blocker.
- Prior experience with a migration that is still migrating.
