We are looking for an employee experience leader who can distinguish between engagement and evidence. You will own listening strategy, speak-up channels, and the process for making both feel optional. The ideal candidate has a warm smile and a strong understanding of non-disclosure.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

Run quarterly engagement surveys with a planned 96% positive response rate.
Moderate the anonymous feedback channel by identifying anonymous employees.
Design a recognition program that is cheaper than compensation.
Escalate every concern to the person named in the concern.

What we need

Requirements

6+ years in HR, communications, or witness preparation.
Proven ability to increase engagement without changing anything.
Experience with confidential investigations and confidentially forgetting them.
Able to say 'we hear you' without moving your mouth.
