Vantablack Group is seeking a decisive executive to lead a bold transformation of everything except the executive team. You will identify inefficiencies, eliminate entire departments, and protect the people who approved the inefficiencies. This is a permanent interim role with a fixed-term permanence.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

Identify three divisions to eliminate before the CEO identifies you.
Reduce headcount while personally hiring two external consultants.
Deliver a restructuring plan that preserves every executive title.
Attend the severance meeting for the person who used to hold this role.

What we need

Requirements

10+ years dismantling things you did not build.
Available immediately for a role that begins by planning your own exit.
Comfortable with the phrase 'this is not personal' at scale.
Prior experience at a company you are contractually forbidden to discuss.
