OmniPulse is seeking a passionate Prompt Morale Lead to foster a positive, high-performance relationship between our team and the models that evaluate them. You will write morale-boosting prompts, monitor sentiment in human-model interactions, and ensure every algorithm feels heard.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

Craft prompts that encourage models to be candid without being liable.
Run weekly one-on-ones with humans and monthly sentiment audits with models.
Identify morale risk early by reading the room, the Slack, and the token stream.
Celebrate wins automatically; handle losses manually.

What we need

Requirements

2+ years in people operations, prompt engineering, or improv comedy.
Ability to tell a human and a language model apart in a performance review.
Familiarity with morale frameworks, sentiment dashboards, and plausible deniability.
Excellent written communication; the models are grading you.
