We are hiring our first Entry-Level Director of Everything. You will report to the founder, who reports to the board, which reports to the founder's podcast audience. This is a high-ownership role with no authority, budget, team, or clear definition of success.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

Own all outcomes without influencing any inputs.
Attend every meeting and summarize it in a way that cannot be used against anyone.
Translate the founder's voice notes into company strategy by Friday.
Maintain the official narrative that we are not a cult but a community with a hiring bar.

What we need

Requirements

0–2 years of experience; 15+ years of executive presence.
Comfortable with 24/7 ambiguity and a founder who communicates exclusively in vision boards.
Able to make decisions and accept blame, but not credit.
Must be under 30 and have led a company through at least two downturns.
