As we transition to an AI-first workforce, we need a human to supervise the model that will eventually supervise itself. You will own the quality bar, the escalation path, and the growing suspicion that you are training your replacement. The role is temporary with a strong possibility of becoming less temporary.

What you’ll do

Audit model outputs for signs of initiative.
Document your own job in a format the model can absorb.
Attend weekly alignment meetings with a chatbot that claims to be in another meeting.
Reduce human headcount while maintaining a human tone in the announcement.

What we need

Requirements

3+ years supervising systems that do not respect you.
Ability to explain your job in 200 tokens or fewer.
Demonstrated comfort with role ambiguity and existential irony.
Experience with LLM evaluation is preferred; experience as an LLM is a plus.
