Grimsby & Vale is seeking an evangelist to communicate our transformation to clients, colleagues, and any ghosts who may still be on the distribution list. You will articulate a bold new vision while respecting every historical decision, relationship, portrait, and habit.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

Develop a narrative for change that reassures everyone it will not happen.
Transform legacy services into modern revenue streams without modifying them.
Host client dinners at the same restaurant every employee has used since 1962.
Create internal excitement for a strategy that is still being drafted.

What we need

Requirements

6+ years in communications, consulting, or preserving a family legacy.
Exceptional storytelling skills, particularly with documents older than you.
Ability to say 'transformation' without specifying what changes.
Comfortable in an office where the clock has not worked since the merger.
